Barclays 'Indigenised'

BARCLAYS Bank Zimbabwe Limited says engagements with Government to meet indigenisation thresholds are "ongoing" and an amicable and acceptable agreement is expected soon. But the bank has maintained it had already indigenised, after it offered a 30 percent stake to indigenous Zimbabweans in 1991 on listing on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.
