BancABC Raises U.S.$50 Million

[The Herald]AFRICAN Banking Corporation Holdings has successfully raised US$50 million through a rights offer to fund recapitalisation of operations. The dually-listed group said the proceeds from the cash call would support the phenomenal growth it has registered in the last two years.
