SOUTH African President Jacob Zuma has for several months been rumoured to be planning to travel to Harare to engage the protagonists in the Zimbabwe crisis over progress made in implementing the Global Political Agreement (GPA) - the document that binds the three parties in the government of national unity (GNU).
