ANC Using State Resources to Campaign for Electoral Support

[IFP]KwaZulu Natal will, on the 1st August 2012, go to polls for by-elections in four of the Province's most contested Wards. There will be a by-election in Ward 5, uMtshezi Municipality, Ward 9 in Abaqulusi Municipality, Ward 8 in Pongolo and Ward 2 in Ntambanana Municipality.
