Intercontinental Bank Sale - Court Dismisses Akingbola's Suit Against CBN

The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos yesterday dismissed a suit filed by the former Managing Director of Intercontinental Bank Plc, Dr. Erastus Akingbola and an erstwhile Executive Director of the bank, Mr. Bayo Dada challenging the planned sale of the bank to Access Bank by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
