Workers Protest Oteh's Recall to SEC

[Daily Trust]Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday blocked entrances to the commission's offices to prevent the return of Ms Arunma Oteh who was recalled from suspension as SEC director general by the Federal Government.
