We Walked Out On INEC, Say Parties

Registered political parties under the auspices of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) have said the botched retreat between the council and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was not cancelled by INEC but that they were the ones that walked out on the commission.
