[Leadership]The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa'ad Abubakar III, yesterday directed the Muslim Ummah nationwide to begin Ramadan fast today, following the sighting of the moon equivalent to Islamic Calendar Friday 1st Ramadan 1433AH.
