The escalating cost of aviation fuel also known as Jet A-1 is showing no sign of rescinding yet in the country even though Nigeria is ranked as the sixth highest crude oil producer in the world. A litre of the product now sells for as high as N210 in Kano from N80. Except urgent measures are taken, the industry may ground to a halt as this report highlights.
