[This Day]As Muslims begin the Eid-el-Fitri celebrations today following the announcement of the end of the Ramadan fasting saturday by the Advisory Committee on Religious Affairs of the Sultanate Council, Sokoto, the People's Democratic Party (PDP), state governors, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Aminu Tambuwal , his deputy, Emeka Ihedioha, other lawmakers and leaders of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) have been sending their goodwill messages to mark the celebration.
