The president of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Dr. Herbert Ademola Ajayi, has called for the legalisation of illegal refineries across the country by the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources (DPR).
