Merging of Govt Agencies, Parastatals Will Increase Unemployment - Owie

FORMER Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Rowland Owie, has urged President Goodluck Jonathan not to merge government agencies and parastatals as recommended by the Steve Oronsaye committee in order not to further increase the unemployment rate in the country.
