An Abuja-based Islamic scholar, Shaykh Ibrahim Kanti Zuru has lent his voice to the call on federal government to engage sect members of the Boko Haram in dialogue, pointing out that, the current Ramadan season offers a wonderful opportunity to achieve peace.
