The entire Victoria Island and Ikoyi stood still for hours yesterday as British Prime Minister; David Cameron visited President Goodluck Jonathan at the old State House Marina, Lagos and later proceeded to deliver a lecture at the Pan African University in Ajah on the outskirts of Lagos.
