FRC Releases New Corporate Governance Codes Soon

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria, a body charged with the developing and publishing accounting and financial reporting standards for public companies in Nigeria, will soon issue an exposure draft of a unified code of corporate governance that will harmonise the various rules on corporate governance in the country.
