AS Nigeria marks the 13th anniversary of its return to democratic rule today, eminent citizens across the country, including former governor of Kaduna State, Mr. Balarabe Musa, Emeka Ngige (SAN), Dr. Ken Onyeali-Ikpe, and others have taken a swipe at the one-year of the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan.
