Court Dismisses Braimoh's Suit Against Obende

Vanguard (Lagos)-It was jubilation galore for Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, members in Edo North senatorial district of Edo State, after the Federal High Court, Abuja, dismissed the forgery case instituted against the Senator representing the district, Senator Domingo Obende by the senatorial candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in April 2011 elections, Alhaji Yisa Braimoh.
