Chadians, Nigeriens, Cameroonians Responsible for Terror in North - CP

Nationals of the Chad, Cameroon and Niger republics were responsible for most of the terrorism acts in the North as many of them were arrested, Kaduna State commissioner of police, Mohammed Jinjiri Abubakar, has said.
