A seven-man panel of the Supreme Court, yesterday unanimously dismissed the appeal instituted by the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) governorship candidate in Akwa Ibom State in the April 2011 governorship election, Senator James Akpanudoedehe, seeking to sack Governor Godswill Akpabio.
