Are Special Initiative Projects Development Or Appeasement? - FROM the perspective of reparation from the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for the atrocities, sufferings and untold damages that its predecessor authority, Imperial Germany, inflicted on Namibian people, especially during the anti-German colonial wars between the years 1904 and 1908, one shall hold little brief for the Special Initiative currently ongoing between the Namibian government and its German counterpart.
