The Sun Always Shines and in Lüderitz the Wind (Almost) Always Blows - We stand accused of gross negligence and the inability to plan our future responsibly. Nearing twenty years of independence, we are as dependent on South Africa for our electricity needs, as we were in 1990. In fact, given the growth in demand, I deem it not an unfair assumption to say we may be more dependent now than then. [All Africa - Namibia]
