[Namibia Economist]Although Walvis Bay ended fifth in the recent "Dorp van die Jaar" competition hosted by South African newspaper Rapport and KykNet programme, Kwêla, a considerable amount of marketing exposure has been gained and valuable lessons learnt during the process.
