Taxis Shun 'Professionalism' Proposal

[New Era] Windhoek - The City of Windhoek is pushing for Windhoek taxi operators to establish themselves as 'a professional taxi industry' and has suggested that the Ministry of Works and Transport amends the law to give mandatory training to holders of Professional Authorisation permits, which are required to transport public passengers.
