Stepfamilies Need Maintenance Laws - LAC

[Namibian] DESPITE an increase in the number of stepfamilies in Namibia, there is no law governing the relationship of such "legal strangers", says the Legal Assistance Centre (LAC) in a new publication, 'Stepfamilies In Namibia: A Study Of the Situation of Stepparents and Stepchildren and Recommendations for Law Reform'.
