[Namibia Economist]According to Kudakwashe Ndhlukula, cordinator of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Institute (REEEI), Namibia, like most developing countries, faces immense challenges in providing basic utilities, such as electricity to disadvantaged communities. "Energy is a cross-cutting issue when it comes to the fulfillment of the millennium development goals and is undoubtedly an important ingredient for sustainable development," says Ndhlukula.
