Shilongo Promises More Arrests

[New Era] Confusion reigns over whether shebeens can continue operating without licences as announced by the Namibia Shebeen Association President Andreas Nuule, while Khomas Police Regional Commander, Festus Shilongo, is sticking to his guns to shut illegal shebeens and make more arrests.
