[Namibia Economist] A media law specialist has bemoaned the lack of legislation that guarantees citizens access to information. Karen Mohan, specialist for media law policy and advocacy at Media Institute of Southern Africa said the lack of such legislation weakens the institutional framework of countries in the southern Africa region.
