Oil On Swakopmund Beach 'Quite Normal'

[Namibian] THICK, sticky globs and patches of oil on the beach and in the waves close to shore in the Vineta area about two weeks ago was "no cause for concern" and is "quite normal" along Namibia's coast, according to an official from the Ministry of Works and Transport's Directorate of Maritime Affairs (DMA) in Walvis Bay.
