Oand L Given 'Last' Extension for Kempinski Strand Hotel

[Namibian] THE Swakopmund Municipal Council has granted Ohlthaver and List Group of Companies (O&L) another extension for the realisation of its five-star N$350-million Kempinski Strand Hotel development, which, if they fail to meet the conditions of acceptance, will result in a breach-penalty of N$10 000 a day.
