A New Beginning Caught in the Starting Blocks?

It remains to be seen whether and how successfully the new Electoral Commission of Namibia shall bleach the latest stain on its being threatening to blemish its intended good beginning and clean slate undoing the omissions, inactions and perceived misdoings of its predecessors.
