New Association Will Care for Needy

[New Era] Ondangwa - In Namibia, where scores of people die due to the ever-increasing number of road accidents HIV/AIDS, suicide and other diseases, the establishment of an association for the vulnerable has set in motion a care programme that should make a difference.
