Hoveka Nikanor - the Earliest Pan-Africanist (1819 - 1951)

[New Era] A PUBLICATION by Patricia Hayes entitled "Namibia under South African rule: mobility and containment 1915 - 1946" cites that Hoveka Nikanor was one of the few pan-Africanists who emerged on Namibia's political landscape immediately in the aftermanth of the Second World War.
