Fear of the 'Other'as a Tool of Mobilisation in Swapo's Succession Politics

[Namibian]I SPENT the second part of last week in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. I found a city with traces of a beautiful past, but also a people and infrastructure bearing the brunt and scars of a violent history during what ought to have been the rebuilding years of their post-colonial history.
