A Dysfunctional State

[Namibian] WHICH politicians (especially ministers and opposition parliamentarians) and rich Namibians have their children attend State schools? How about their beloved grandchildren? How many children and grandchildren of these leaders are treated, by choice, at any state clinic or hospital in the same way as ordinary people (or shall we say real people) without a medical aid scheme? Do the same people have brothers, sisters and children living in kambashus and in danger of being evicted in this bitingly cold winter
