Barclays to Acquire Bank Windhoek

[New Era] The Bank of Namibia has finally allowed South Africa's Absa bank to merge with Bank Windhoek, but on condition that the Barclays Group, which owns 55,52 percent of Absa, is the shareholder of Bank Windhoek.
