Arangies Imports Another U.S. Army Copter, DCA in the Dark

[New Era] Windhoek - Tsumeb businessman Rainier Arangies has imported a second ex-military helicopter from the USA a mere weeks after stirring much controversy with a helicopter he had brought into Namibia with US military insignia.
