A N$14 million low-cost housing project at Lüderitz is still incomplete. The project came to a standstill in 2008 when building companies Etula Construction CC and MC Builders allegedly experienced cash-flow problems.

For government to consider stopping the production and issuing of new passports because of "underutilization" by some members of the public, to me is a sign of incompetence within the Home Affairs & Immigration Ministry, probably because of weak governance and incompetence of the dear minister to advance his ministry technologically and electronically to avoid nagging on simple database difficulties or unavailabilities!

Smile for the Camera Even If You Are Appearing Court

I believe in the presumption of not guilty until proven guilty. Just because someone is charged with a crime and they appear in court does not necessarily mean that they are guilty. Yet, when my 'brothers and sisters' appear in court and they see cameras, it puts more fear in them than anything that I can imagine.
