Pre-School for Disadvantaged Children Built in Otjomuise -
A new pre-school for disadvantaged children was officially opened last week in the Otjomuise residential area. The Penduka Wake-up Day Care Centre, which was officially opened last Friday,by City of Windhoek councillor, Mwadhina Hangapo Veico, was funded by the Lions Club Tilburg of Netherlands to the tune of N$1.3 million.
