Soldiers Accused of Beatings and Rape

[AIM]Maputo -The commander of a barracks in Mahlampswene, an outlying neighborhood of the southern Mozambican city of Matola, has agreed to meet with local residents, following complaints of serious abuses committed by soldiers stationed in the barracks, including rape.
