Police Defy Judiciary

[AIM] Maputo - The General Commander of the Mozambican police, Jorge Khalau, has declared that, when it comes to detentions of police officers, the police "do not obey any judge", but follow their own internal regulations, according to a report in Tuesday's issue of the independent daily "O Pais".
