Head of Administrative Post Accused of Extortion

[AIM]Maputo -Some beneficiaries of the District Development Fund (FDD) in Nacaroa district, in the northern Mozambican province of Nampula, have accused the head of the Inteta-Nachere administrative post, of extortion.
