Frelimo and MDM Broke Election Law, Claims Paper

[AIM] Maputo - Mozambique's Electoral Administration Technical Secretariat (STAE) has accused the opposition Mozambique Democratic Movement (MDM) of violating the electoral law by sending groups of "supervisors" to the polling stations in the mayoral by-election held on Wednesday in the southern city of Inhambane.
