Empty Threats From Self-Styled Leader of Demobilised

[AIM] Maputo - Herminio dos Santos, who claims to lead the Mozambican Forum of Demobilised Soldiers (FDGM), has threatened "to paralyse the country", if the government does not meet his demands, reports Monday's issue of the independent newsheet "Mediafax".
