District Development Fund Needs to Be Integrated Into Supply Chain

[AIM] Maputo - Beneficiaries of the District Development Fund (FDD) who are engaged in agricultural projects have complained about the lack of transport in rural areas, which is symptomatic of a larger problem that threatens the sustainability of FDD.
