Dhlakama Wants to Exclude Civil Society From CNE

[AIM] Maputo - Afonso Dhlakama, leader of Mozambique's main opposition party, the former rebel movement Renamo, has demanded that the future National Elections Commission (CNE) be composed solely of representatives of political parties, completely excluding civil society.
