[AIM]Maputo -The Mozambican police are investigating one of their own officers, Deputy Commissioner Rafael Manicua, in connection with the recent kidnappings of businessmen, and the extortion of huge ransoms from their families, reports Thursday's issue of the independent daily "O Pais".
