CPLP's Council of Minister Meeting Kicks Off

[ANGOP]Maputo -The 17th ordinary meeting of the Council of Minister of the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (CPLP) started this Thursday morning in Maputo, in a ceremony led by the Angolan Foreign Affairs Minister, Georges Chikoti, as the chair of the organ.
