[ANGOP]Maputo -The 9th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (CPLP) started on this Friday morning, with welcoming remarks addressed by the President of Mozambique, Armando Guebuza, highlighting the advances recorded by the organization.
