Country Set to Join Kimberley Process

[OSISA] In a very welcome move, Mozambique's Mining Minister has announced that the country is speeding up preparations to join the Kimberley Process - an international conflict diamond monitoring scheme - amid widespread smuggling from Zimbabwe's controversial Marange diamond fields.
