Bill On Structure of Public Administration Passed

The Mozambican parliament, the Assembly of the Republic, on Thursday passed the first reading of a government bill on the organizational structure of the country's public administration - but the only thing opposition deputies wanted to discuss was the existence of branches of the ruling Frelimo Party inside the state apparatus.
